Description
CYTOZEN is a potent hepatoprotective. Katuki (Picrorrhiza kurroa), the main ingredient of CYTOZEN, is a well-known hepatoprotective and antioxidant. It also exhibits antiviral activity. Kalmegh (Andrographis paniculata) reverses the altered hepatic biochemical parameters and is more potent than Silymarin. Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa) exhibits anti-inflammatory activity and helps to modulate inflammatory responses. Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) is antioxidant and protects liver cells from free radical damage. Thus, CYTOZEN exhibits antiviral, antiinflammatory and hepatoprotective properties.

DOS
- Follow a simple, nutritious and bland diet with regularity in dietary disciplines
- Easily digestible food items like green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and fruit juices should be preferred
- Drink boiled water
- Consume fresh buttermilk, cow’s milk, sugarcane juice and pomegranate juice
- Mild laxatives like Isabgol, Kumari (Aloe vera) are useful to tone up sluggish liver functions
- Take proper physical and mental rest
- Mild floor and free hand abdominal exercises are recommended
- Practice yoga and meditation
DON’TS
- Do not consume heavy foods without proper physical exercise
- Do not consume hepatotoxic agents like alcohol, chemicals, and drugs like steroids and painkillers
- Avoid excessive intake of tea and coffee
- Avoid smoking, tobacco chewing and consumption of pan masala
- Avoid oily, spicy and irritant food items and non-vegetarian food
